    We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures. Please read carefully before making a booking.

    1. Cancellation by Customer

    2. Cancellation by Company

    We may cancel a booking in the following circumstances:

    • Vehicle unavailability: In rare cases of vehicle breakdown or emergency. We will try to arrange an alternate vehicle or provide a full refund.
    • Unsafe conditions: Natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures, or unsafe travel conditions.
    • Policy violations: If the customer violates our terms of service.
    • Incorrect information: If the customer provides false or misleading information.

    In case of cancellation by us due to our inability to provide service, a full refund will be processed.

    3. Modification of Booking

    • Booking modifications (date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability.
    • Modifications requested 2+ hours before pickup are free of charge.
    • Last-minute modifications may not be possible and may require a new booking.
    • Changes to pickup/drop locations may affect the fare.
    • Contact us as early as possible for any changes.

    4. Refund Process

    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
    • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI).
    • For cash advance payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
    • A refund confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email.
    • Bank processing times may vary (additional 2-5 business days).

    5. No-Show Policy

    Important: If you fail to show up at the pickup location without cancelling, or if you are unreachable by phone, this will be treated as a "No-Show."

    • No refund will be provided for no-shows
    • The full fare amount may be charged
    • Driver will wait for 15-30 minutes (depending on pickup type)
    • Please inform us if you're running late

    6. Partial Trip / Early Termination

    • If you end the trip before reaching the destination, you will be charged for the distance traveled.
    • Minimum distance charges still apply (130 km for one-way, 250 km/day for round-trip).
    • No refund for unused portion of the journey.
    • This policy protects our drivers who have already committed their time and vehicle.

    7. Driver-Related Issues

    • If the driver does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (without prior communication), you are entitled to a full refund or alternate arrangement.
    • For complaints about driver behavior or service quality, contact us within 24 hours.
    • We investigate all complaints and take appropriate action.
    • Refunds or credits may be provided at our discretion based on the investigation.

    8. Force Majeure

    In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, riots, strikes, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide appropriate credit. Our liability in such cases is limited to the fare paid.

    9. Disputes

    • All refund disputes must be raised within 7 days of the trip date.
    • Contact our customer support with booking details and supporting information.
    • Disputes will be resolved within 14 business days.
    • Our decision on refund disputes shall be final.
